1- MANDATE FOR SALE
Our fees are payable by the vendor or the purchaser. Our fees are based on the price, excluding transfer duties, of the property covered by the mandate. For both exclusive and non-exclusive mandates, our fees are as follows:
Value of the property between €1 and €500,000: 6% of the sale price excluding transfer duties;
Value of the property over €500,000 and more: 5% of the sale price excluding transfer duties;
Our fees are invoiced in euros (€) and are subject to VAT at the current rate (20%).
2 - RENTAL MANDATE
For residential property rentals (empty or furnished) not subject to the French law of July 6, 1989, our fees, excluding inventory of fixtures, amount to 12% of the annual rent excluding charges, payable by the lessor and/or 12% of the annual rent excluding charges, payable by the lessee, according to the terms of the rental mandate.
In the case of commercial leases, our fees, excluding the inventory of fixtures, amount to 36% of the annual rent, excluding taxes and charges, payable by the lessor and/or 12% of the annual rent, excluding charges, payable by the lessor and/or the lessee, according to the breakdown specified in the rental agreement. Our fees are invoiced in euros (€) and are subject to VAT at the current rate (20%).
