Management of any request made to our company;

3 - WHAT CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED?
The notion of "personal data" refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This data is necessary for the processing of The Gallerist's files within the scope of its activity.

In any case, The Gallerist undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties whose activity or purpose would be the acquisition of new prospects with a view to sending commercial prospecting.

9 - APPLICABLE LAW AND ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the www.the-gallerist.com website or with SAS The Gallerist's communication and solicitation procedures is subject to French law. The competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
